Es importante que lea y comprenda las instrucciones de seguridad contra incendios en la parte posterior de la puerta de su habitación y que se familiarice con las salidas de emergencia.
It is important that you read and understand the fire safety instructions on the back of your room door and familiarize yourself with the emergency exits.
🔔 Pruebas de Alarma de Incendio
Fire Alarm Tests
El hotel realiza pruebas eventuales de alarma contra incendios por zonas. Durante este tiempo no hay necesidad de evacuar el edificio. Si las alarmas suenan durante más de 10 segundos, siga los procedimientos regulares de evacuación.
The hotel conducts eventual zone fire alarm tests. During this time there is no need to evacuate the building. Should the alarms sound for more than 10 seconds, please follow the regular fire evacuation procedures.

Room Security
Para mayor seguridad mientras está en su habitación, active tanto el cerrojo de seguridad como el cerrojo giratorio ubicado sobre la manija de la puerta. Se proporciona un visor en la puerta para su seguridad.
For increased security while you are in your room, engage both the deadbolt and the swing lock located above the door handle. A door view is provided in the door for your safety.

Laundry Service
Servicio de lavado y planchado disponible. Entregue la bolsa de lavandería junto a su formato diligenciado antes de las 10:00 para recibir el servicio el mismo día después de las 18:00.
Las bolsas y el formato de lavandería se encuentran dentro del clóset. La lavandería opera de lunes a sábado. Domingos y festivos no hay servicio.
Laundry and dry-cleaning service is available. Clothing must be dropped off with the signed form before 10:00 for same day return after 18:00. The laundry works Monday to Saturday; Sundays and holidays there is no service.
